When booking this property, guests may be assigned to any one of four different hotels in Ocho Rios or Negril: Couples San Souci, Couples Ocho Rios, Couples Swept Away, or Couples Negril.
Guests will be contacted directly by phone, e-mail, or fax to let them know at which specific property they will be staying. This contact will be made seven days prior to arrival.
Requests for specific properties will not be accepted; guests will be assigned to properties per the hotel's sole discretion.
Guests are advised to fly into Sangster/Montego Bay Airport. The resort provides complimentary airport transfers. Airport greeters direct arriving guests to the Couples Greeting Desk outside the baggage claim area, where clerks arrange van transport to the assigned resort.

With Couples' Secret Rendezvous, guests will not know at which Couples Resort in Jamaica they will be staying until a week before scheduled arrival. Accommodations will be at one of these resorts:

- Couples Swept Away
- Couples Negril
